Personal data

This site collects no data without your knowledge. Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

There are only three cases:

You write to an @capitane.coop address. Your message and address are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and follow it up.

You sign up to the newsletter. Your address is stored with our mailing provider, Mailjet (Sinch France SAS), for the sole purpose of sending you that letter. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask for your address to be deleted at any time.

You subscribe to shares in the cooperative. The form data is used to maintain the share register, a legal obligation for the cooperative, and to contact you about your subscription and the life of the cooperative. It is kept for as long as you are a cooperator, and then for the applicable legal retention periods.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@capitane.coop. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tools. Typefaces are served from our own servers: no request is made to a third party when you browse these pages.

One exception: the Newsletter page embeds a form provided by Mailjet. If you use it, Mailjet's terms apply to that submission.
